You can connect each Perfex project to a different or the same Mattermost channel, providing flexible control over your team’s communication flow.

Each notification is designed to provide rich context, including the name of the person who made the change, direct links to the relevant task and comment, and a preview of the comment content. This ensures your team stays informed about task comments, status changes, and timer activity without needing to constantly check the CRM.
