Credential Management is a premium add-on for Trusted HRM that enables organizations to securely store, organize, and control access to sensitive credentials in a structured environment.

Instead of keeping important login details scattered across documents or team chats, this module allows credentials to be grouped and managed systematically. Each credential is created under a specific group, ensuring clarity, organization, and ease of access without compromising privacy.

By default, all credentials remain private from the moment they are created. Required fields ensure consistency and accuracy while saving entries, helping maintain a clean and reliable credential database.

Smart & Secure Access Control

The module provides flexible sharing capabilities based on:

• Branch

Two permission levels are available:

• Editor Access – Users can manage credentials and assign access permissions to others.
• View Only Access – Users can view credentials without making any changes.

The original creator and authorized editors can modify access settings anytime, giving administrators complete control over credential visibility.
