Aitools Module for TableTrack (Beta)

The Aitools Module brings advanced AI-powered chat and intelligent automation to your TableTrack Laravel application. It allows you to enable an assistant experience for restaurant staff and administrators, delivering rich, context-aware insights and answering questions about business performance, sales, and operations. Designed for seamless integration, TableTrack Aitools can help streamline workflows, surface trends, and answer business queries in real time—without custom development.

Note: Aitools is currently in Beta. Some features and behaviors may change, and improvements are planned for future updates to enhance reliability, capabilities, and integration. Your feedback is welcome as we continue to develop and refine the module.

Aitools is a drop-in module—no modification to your core TableTrack app is required. Minimal configuration is needed, and it can be enabled in both development and production environments.

Usage Requirements

  • TableTrack Laravel application (v1.2.1 or newer recommended)
  • OpenAI API key configured in the Aitools module
  • Appropriate TableTrack events and models available for AI to access relevant data

Setup & Operation

  1. Install and enable the Aitools module in your TableTrack app (service provider auto-loads).
  2. Configure your OpenAI API key from the Aitools settings screen (Super Admin access).
  3. Optionally, extend Aitools by registering custom tools or data sources via the service provider.
  4. Access the AI chat assistant from the dashboard and start asking questions about your business.

The Aitools Module empowers TableTrack users to harness the power of AI for business insight, data analysis, and daily operational support—all with minimal setup. As a Beta release, you can expect frequent enhancements and ongoing improvements in future versions.
