• DKIM keys served by Emailit, surfaced by Acelle — the DNS records each new domain needs (DKIM CNAME pair, SPF TXT, return-path) are returned in the same domains API response and rendered as copy-paste DNS lines inside Acelle’s identity detail page.
• Live verification — once you’ve added the DNS records at your registrar, click Re-check in Acelle; the plugin asks Emailit to re-validate and the identity flips to Verified without leaving the Acelle UI.

Do I have to subscribe to a monthly plan with Emailit?
No. Emailit’s pricing is pay-as-you-go — you load credit and spend it per email sent. There is no monthly minimum. This is a key reason to pick Emailit over SendGrid / Mailgun if your sending volume is irregular or low.

Will this plugin work alongside my existing SMTP / Mailgun / SendGrid setup?
Yes. Acelle supports multiple sending servers concurrently with fitness-based selection. Add Emailit as one option; Acelle picks among your enabled servers per plan / per send.

Do I need to expose a webhook endpoint?
For bounces and complaints to flow back into Acelle, yes — Emailit POSTs events to your Acelle URL. Acelle generates the URL automatically once you save the server; you copy it into your Emailit dashboard. Setup is one-time. The plugin verifies the signature on every callback when you set the optional Webhook Signing Secret.

What events does the plugin track?
Email events: bounce (hard / soft), complaint (spam reports), suppression (Emailit-side suppress list). Identity events: domain.created / domain.updated / domain.deleted — these reconcile Acelle’s sending-identity rows in real time. “Delivered” is intentionally NOT tracked — Acelle infers delivered from “sent + no bounce within window”, consistent with how it handles SMTP / Mailgun.

Can I send from any From-domain I want?
Only domains you’ve verified inside your Emailit dashboard (Emailit → Dashboard → Domains). This is an Emailit policy, not a plugin limitation. Unverified senders are silently dropped at the vendor — verify your domain BEFORE flipping production traffic to Emailit.

Does the plugin send through Emailit’s SMTP, or REST API?
REST API (POST https://api.emailit.com/v2/emails). REST is faster + supports custom metadata and attachments cleanly. Emailit’s SMTP gateway exists but isn’t used by this plugin.

Is the source open / unobfuscated?
Yes. All PHP source is delivered as plain .php files — no ionCube, no obfuscator. You can audit, fork, and customize it under the Envato license terms.

Adds T-Bank as a payment-gateway type inside Acelle’s admin. Customers checking out can pick T-Bank alongside Stripe, Offline, or any other gateway you’ve enabled. Registers alongside Acelle’s existing gateways without modifying core code. V1 scope — important

V1 supports one-off card charges only. Each customer click → one T-Bank transaction. This is well-suited to:

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a Russian legal entity to use T-Bank?
For a production Terminal, yes — T-Bank requires Russian KYC / business verification. For the DEMO sandbox, no — anyone can sign up at tbank.ru/kassa/dev/payments/ and create a test terminal.

Will this plugin work alongside my existing Stripe / Paddle / Offline setup?
Yes. Acelle supports multiple active gateways concurrently. This plugin only registers tbank as a new option; it does not interfere with existing gateways.

Does it support recurring subscriptions?
Not in V1. V1 is one-off charges only. T-Bank’s RebillId (stored-card auto-charge) is planned for V2. For V1, run T-Bank as a one-off-charge gateway and use Stripe / Paddle for recurring plans.

Why does T-Bank require a webhook when other plugins (e.g. Paddle) don’t?
T-Bank’s API is push-based — they POST status updates to your server. Most other gateways either expose a read API (so the app can pull state) or both. T-Bank’s webhook is the only authoritative signal that a payment succeeded; the browser return URL is informational and never trusted by the plugin. Setting the Notification URL in the T-Bank merchant cabinet is a one-time step (see §6 of the user guide).

My T-Bank account predates the rebrand — is it still “Tinkoff” in my dashboard?
The API host (securepay.tinkoff.ru) and most legacy URLs still carry the Tinkoff name even though the brand is now T-Bank. The plugin works with both. If your merchant cabinet URL is business.tinkoff.ru, that’s the same product — just an older URL.

Is the source open / unobfuscated?
Yes. All PHP source is delivered as plain .php files — no ionCube, no obfuscator. You can audit, fork, and customize it under the Envato license terms.

Will it work on WordPress / Shopify / Wix / Squarespace?

Yes — the widget is a single <script> tag, framework-agnostic. Any platform that lets you paste HTML before
</body> can run Pitchbar. WordPress: paste in
your theme’s footer.php or use a “header/footer code”
plugin. Shopify: paste in theme.liquid. Squarespace:
Settings → Advanced → Code Injection → Footer.

How accurate are the answers?

The agent answers only using the knowledge sources
you’ve added. If the answer isn’t in your sources, it says so
plainly and offers to capture the visitor’s email instead of
making something up. The confidence threshold is configurable per
agent.

Can I customise the look of the widget?

Yes — primary colour, accent colour, corner radius, launcher
position, launcher label, persona, tone, and starter prompts are
all configurable from the dashboard with a live preview. The
“Powered by” footer can be removed on paid plans.

Do I need a Cloudflare account?

Recommended but not required. Cloudflare Workers AI is the cheapest
AI path and handles chat, embeddings, vector search, and crawl in
one bill. If you prefer OpenAI, set OPENAI_API_KEY and
VECTOR_PROVIDER=qdrant — same features, different
pricing.

What about data privacy?

Pitchbar is self-hosted — visitor messages, captured leads, and
knowledge content live on your infrastructure. The only third
