EventShare – Event Photo Sharing With Guestbook & Slideshow

EventShare is a complete, production-ready Laravel 13 event management and media-sharing platform that lets hosts collect photos, videos, audio messages, and written notes from their guests through a single shareable link or QR code. Built for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, reunions, conferences, baby showers, graduations, anniversaries, and any celebration where guests want to contribute memories in real time.

Hosts create an event in seconds, customise branding (banner, colours, welcome message), and share a public guest page (`/g/{slug}`) or printable QR code. Guests then upload photos/videos, record audio or video greetings directly in the browser (no app required), and leave written messages in the guestbook — all moderated from the host’s dashboard. A full-screen live slideshow display mode rotates the latest public media on any TV or projector during the event.

Monetise the platform out of the box with a built-in billing system that integrates with Stripe, PayPal, and Razorpay via their official SDKs — including webhook handlers, refund flows, and gateway-specific credential management from the admin panel. Three pricing tiers (Free, Plus, Premium) with configurable photo limits, storage-days, and video-upload flags are seeded on install and fully editable.
